Stripes for all seasons – this jumpsuit not only is gorgeous in all its colors and design, but the open back y’all, I just go gaga. Vertical stripes are slimming, eye-catching, and simply flattering for any body type.
I’m never a gal to turn down a good jumpsuit – particularly when it incorporates so many alluring features and still looks like a knockout. I find in the summer I tend to favor rompers, and in the fall I’m all about the jumpsuits! It’s so blasted hot here in Dallas, seemingly until Thanksgiving, that we can get away with clothes that are sort of “in between” the seasons.
When I start shifting around my wardrobes, I mostly incorporate more earthy and jeweled tones when idealizing the fall color palette. Summer is striking and vibrant, fall is cozy and warm. Makes me want a glass of spiced wine right now, yum!!
What is your take on stripes? Yay or nay? I’d love to hear!
To catch you guys briefly up on me – this week/month has been such a blur! I’ve taken on a new job as a nursing professor (so excited!) and begin classes this coming Monday! Preparing myself to teach and get my mind wrapped around the lesson plans and such is definitely a different change of pace, but I really am so thrilled for this opportunity! Setting the example for the future of nursing is something I’ve dreamed of – and am so honored to do. Apart from that, I’m as busy as ever trying to tackle my own studies and stay afloat with my homework/papers/projects/etc. I start my own clinicals next week, and I think I’ve nailed down a really awesome project for my DNP thesis. (Yay!!) More news to come soon, so stay tuned!
